[Doesn't quite make it out, having to plant a hand on the bar to balance himself when Steve's gone and fooling around. Tony's definitely not sure what he's up to, the question he was going to ask that didn't quite make it out.
But when he puts himself up on the bar, Tony can't seem to help but laugh- a little bit more when Steve invites him right on up. He's not really sure what's going on. But then Steve's laughing- giggling, at that- and that gets him, too.
He's not very coordinated, but does more of a leaning slide up on top of the bar and then, without a care in the world, straddles Steve's lap, squeezing his thighs in against Steve's, putting his hands on his shoulders.]
Why are we up here?
[It doesn't seem to matter that he in no way followed Steve's train of thought, has no idea what's going on. Steve said get on my lap and that was a message Tony received loud and clear.
Although maybe the two of them are being a little too loud, collectively, because from the far end of the room where the party is still gathered there's a round of jeering. Someone calls party foul and someone else says typical. But Thor is the best pal because he simply says let them have their merriment, is that not what revelries are for?]
